Cecilia Cheung stand up to Media after a year (updated)

I never blogged about the Sex Scandal incident at all. But this morning I saw the newspaper that Cecilia Cheung (張柏芝) had first time standing out to media for an interview after a year...

I wanted to share this out...

She had mentioned that she voice out not because of herself but for the girls victims after Edison Chen (陳冠希) appear in Canada court last two days...

VANCOUVER, B.C. — The Chinese-Canadian celebrity whose private sex pictures with several Hong Kong starlets set off an Internet firestorm hopes the women involved will soon put the incident behind them.

Edison Chen made the comments Tuesday as he emerged from a B.C. Supreme Court hearing in Vancouver where he reviewed his testimony to be presented in a Hong Kong criminal court case. "I hope every victim can become healthy again and be happy again as soon as possible," Chen told a crush of Chinese media outside the Vancouver court.

"I hope every victim can stand up again. Their well-being is more important than mine."

Since the pictures were released last year, Chen said he's been trying to find his own values and sanity so he can move on someday soon.

The unusual hearing was held to get Chen's testimony for the trial of Ho Chun Sze in China. Sze faces three counts of obtaining access to a computer with illegal intent for allegedly stealing the private photos from Chen's computer.
Chen refused to return to Hong Kong to testify.

He told the court on Monday someone gained access to pictures he thought he'd deleted while his computers were being serviced.

The photos - which show Chen in bed separately with eight of the country's best-known actresses and singers - have badly damaged the careers of both Chen and the women.
Chen told the court he was shocked when the private, intimate photos appeared on the Internet.

I really respect her on her courage and what she had spoken... she admit she did mistake... and she was so sorry about it and ''jail'' herself for the past months (year).. she had stand out today because she cant accept Edison's sentence that ''all victims had enough and should stay on healthy and happy again''.. Cecilia think that he was too fake and he was actually 貓哭老鼠假慈悲 ..

Hong Kong Film Festival 2009 in Kuala Lumpur (吉隆坡2009年香港電影節) will kick start in Pavilion KL, GSC on 5th March 2009. GSC will be giving out free tickets for all the movies showing in Pavilion KL, Midvalley and 1Utama. I think some movies are not shown in Malaysia before. I had watched only 3 out of the 8 movies above...

Movie: The Pink Panther 2

went to watch the Pink Panther 2 on Valentines Day.....

hahhaaaaa really laugh like mad in the cinema..... i did not watch Pink Panther 1...

but this Inspector Clouseau is toooo funny and crazy.... he has his own method of ''inspecting'' lolz

the movie is merely about investigating the missing ''Pink Panther" diamond...and legendary treasures from around the world which were stolen by ''Tornado''

Inspector Clouseau was then assign to a team of international detectives and experts charged with catching the thief and retrieving the stolen artifacts.

He made a mass of trouble to the detectives team and the ppl at last voted to kick him out...

This is one of the restaurant that Inspector Clouseau burnt down for twice with his silly actions... 0.O''

the international detective team...

its really a comedy.... and they way they talk is so funny too.... sometimes i need to read the subtitle to get the wordings...lolz

if you are having too much stress or want to cried out in the cinema.. this will be the best choice.... that you can laugh from the beginning till the show end....

my ratings : 7 / 10

Movie: Look for A Star

I had watched the 游龍戲鳳 twice last week.. but i still wondering how come the English name is call ''look for a star''....=]

It is a love story movie.... and it was nice and funny too... can consider to be comedy as well.... lolz

There is actually 3 love story of... Andy lau and both his secretary Hocc, and driver aka good friend Dominic.

main story line :

a wealthy bachelor who had divorced for 3 times.

met a dancer and also a part-time poker dealer, Shu Qi.... in a casino owed by Andy Lau.. They were then engaged but without given notice to Shu Qi that he is the rich man. The story goes on how a rich man and a poor gal can get together at the same time affected the shareholders of his Company and force the gal to sign a contract before they are able to get married.

2nd love story:

Denise HoCC being the secretary of the Millionare boss, is a superwoman 一人之上，萬人之下.. coincidently engaged with a typical china man aka technical worker...

The chinaman then being so caring to her... giving her some ''china products'' and make up some funny scenes..

Hocc is the most funny character in the movie... especially when she is drunk... lolz she is so cute

3rd love story:

Dominic was introduced by his boss to a divorced woman with a daughter. He cant accept the woman but cannot deny that the woman suits him most... and later on enjoy being a father of the child too...

the little is pretty and cute... she can act.. hHAhaa

Shu Qi's uncle and aunty are a lovely couple too.... they named themselves branded names of Seal Paul and Tiffany so that they can matched with the rich society

Shu Qi's bunch of dancer friends...

a bit disappointed or weird because the movie ends with the tv life show host by Tat Ming...

it is a life show that couples went up stage bravely to present to their love ones...

Hocc accepted the Chinaman and put away her ego and accept the loves from a person who love and care for her. Hocc looks a bit stern at the end part with the guy... ahhahaa sorry to say i just felt that the guy is tooo typical china man.... not suit her at all.... may be is just for the movie highlight...lolz

Dominic part was bit touching as he mention how he enjoying the days with the little gal and won't care other ppl's ''colour eye'' on him... The gal accepted him at last...

the main couple... although shu qi did not appear in the life show.... left andy seating at the chair on his own.... so sad.... but of coz it ends happily... as she appear somewhere else and proposed to Andy instead...

is a 2 hours movie... although bit drag in the last quarter... but it is worth to watch it...

especially Valentines day..... for a love story movie... =]

TVB : The Gem of Life

Recently the hottest TV series in town will be ''The Gem Of Life 珠光寶氣" by Hong Kong TVB.

It was broadcast in Malaysia thru the Astro On Demand package since last October 2008. A full series of 82 episodes.

The whole story is about the 3 sisters of a family whom their mum wanted them to married to rich families.. and consequences happens in the rich families.. and how they fought against each other to protect themselves or actually their husband.

A highlight in the series is what its name call... is the gems and jewelry... !! Able to see lots of nice jewelries and also sports cars...

I'll not talk about the details of the story... as it can be easily found in the Astro AOD and TVB HK

Episode 82 will be broadcasting this Friday 13th February... It is going to end after the long episodes... its actually getting a bit board during the middle of some episodes... but these few days the stories are getting more and more excited... hahhaaa especially ep 80 and 81.

waiting for the last episode tomorrow...!!!! wonder how the story ends.. ^.^

Movie: Bride Wars

that day saw a synopsis on this movie on the newspaper. it sounds interesting so i went to watch it.

Its about 2 best friends, Liv (Kate Hudson)

and Emma (Anne Hathaway).

They are buddies since childhood and always there for each other through good times and bad.

They even planned every detail of their respective weddings since childhood. A ''must have'' list: a ceremony at New York's ultimate bridal destination, the Plaza Hotel.

At their age of 26, they are both about to get married. So together they went to the same wedding planner..

and they plan their weddings, each to take place at the Plaza Hotel in June at a different date.

But a clerical error and subsequent clash in wedding dates, they are now to be married on the same date...!! pits the two brides against each other in a competition that quickly escalates into all-out war.

During the 'war', Liz hair was dye into blue color.

and Emma had a over tanned (orange) skin body... =.=''

They even fought on the wedding day in front of all their guest.. Emma found her Mr Right on the wedding too.... And of coz at last they were back to best friend again at the end... =]
